I lived here for 3 months and terminated my lease. They boast that their community is newly renovated and it was not. My skin was not bolted down, my washer and dryer did not work. I called the 24 hour maint. service because my heat was smoking and smelling and he told me to turn it off till the next day because he lived 30 minutes aways from the property and he really didn't feel like coming out. I told him it was too cold out to not have any heat so he tried to have me troubleshoot. It was just a bad experience. The rent is definetly too high. The apartments look nice but are of poor quality. I would not recommend.
