In the last few months I've had a terrible experience.

I've lived here about 4 years.

Recently, there has been a change in staff.

First the manager left and a new guy came in.

He is always rude, short, and represents himself with a very abrasive attitude and doesn't seem to know how to communicate well with people.

When asked a question, he really doesnt seem to have an answer or isnt comfortable with his answer.

He just doesnt seem to know what he is doing.

The new leasing people seem okay, just a little unknowleged, but that will change I'm sure that will change.
The crime rate has run rampant.

My laundry has been taken from the laundry room 3 times, my car broken into twice, and my home was burglarized right before the holidays.

I can never sleep due to noise from neighbors and the management seems to not want to do anything about it after I have reported it multiple times.

And I have to say, I really do not feel safe in my home or in the parking lot, day or night.
When I did renew my lease, I asked if I could get the special being offered.

The new manager told me that it was not possible, but I renewed anyhow.

A couple weeks later, in a discussion with my neighbor, he told me that he had been offered the special after he turned in a notice to move out.

Now, how fair is that' I would assume it would be in violation of the equal housing laws.
I was happy here, but it just seems that nobody cares anymore.

I will more than likely move when my lease ends.

I hate to, but it seems like the best choice.
