Think Projects (honestly, they're right across the street)

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
I thought these apartments would be safe and they were offering a very generous special. Moving here was the worst moving decision of my life. My husband has been solicited for drugs, out of the blue. The neighbors are inconsiderate, on all sides. I think management is doin the best they can, but what can you do when you're directly across the street from low income housing.
