Staff great, but parking sucks

The staff at the complex is the best thing there...but there are a lot of other problems to contend with if you live here. There is NEVER a place to park and you always have to wait hours to do your laundry! I'm not sure why there are access gates at the apartment because they were always left open for anyone to gain entry.
