I have lived here for a long time and the management even counceled me in legal matter with my previous apartments. Yes there is low income housing across the street, but I have never had a problem with it. The staff are freindly and will work with on any problem. As always you will catch more flies with honey than vineager, so be nice and their nice. I think they are the best. At my old apts the manager got arrested at work, comparitivly it could be way worse!!!
