My Husband moved in here thinking we could save some money until we could get a better place and it was closer to our work so we thought it would be great.
Boy were we wrong.
First off the parking is horrable, we finally has to rent covered parking spots just to get a some what close spot at night. But people park in those spots most of the time.
Second the laundry facilities always have problems. They post notes saying it is going to be closed for "upgrades" for 24 Hours we are now on day 3 and it is still not open and all they did was paint the table and counter tops. Yes I said paint, not replace. Third,there is trash and beer bottles in the grass all of the time. The landscaping is great, there are streams and lots of trees but that is about the only good thing about the complex.
Four, the office staff was great when we first moved in and now that we have decided to move out man done even ask them a question they think your the ----- for not resigning your lease.
Five,the gates never ever work. The office sent out a letter right before christmas tell about crime and stuff going on in the complex and that we need to lock our cars up. But the gates remained no working, it took them 4 months Yes 4 to get them working again.
