I have lived at Camden Springs for only a couple of months but it has been a very quite and nice place to call home. Yes, there are always going to be issues no matter where you live. The only issue I have had is the maintenancing forgetting to come back to my apt to fix something, but you call the office and let them know and they handle it and it gets fixed right away. The parking is fine except for when you come home at 3am in the morning then ofcourse you should expect no to have a close parking space. The office staff and mangement company is great they have a resident function for every holiday that you can think of, they send you birthday cards on your birthday, now how many apt complexs do you know of that do that, I don't know of any. I would recommend Camden Springs to anyone that wanted to live there.
