The parking situation is dreadful

I moved to Camden Springs at the end of October, and compared to where I had been living, almost any complex would be an improvement.
Camden Springs is very nice in terms of appearance, maintenance, etc. The only negative is the parking.
Camden Management has designated so many spaces for "Reserved" parking ($20 extra dollars per month) that the little bit of unreserved paking that is left goes quickly, and if you get home in the evening, or late at night, you'll have to park on the other side of the entire complex !
Recently, I ran an errand in my car, and got home about 8:30 pm to find NO available spaces anywhere near my building ! I live on the west side of the complex, and I had to go to the east side of the complex before I could find a space.
That being said, I would probably recommend Camden Springs to anyone looking for a reasonably priced apartment in North Dallas as long as they understood how dreadful the parking situation is.
