I have lived here seven months. As apartment living goes this is a very nice place. The office staff have always been very quick to help me with mantainance work and even replaced light bulbs and air condition filter. They work hard to make sure we know when there are any security issues that we need to look out for. The neighbors are friendly. The parking for the most part is fine as long as the visitors park in the designated areas. The pet policy is restricted for certain breeds, but I think that was put in place "after" the pit bulls had been allowed. As long as they are on a leash I don't mind. My Oskar is a good watch dog as long as he is on the inside of the patio door :) There is a nice walking area for him to get out and play. I would recommend this place to anyone.
