Not bad, except for all the PIT BULLS

The general area is okay and the apartments are decent. Staff is generally attentive and seem to want to make things work. There was supposedly a "no pit-bull" policy in place before we moved in, yet we notice there seem to be even more pit bulls six months down the road than when we moved in. Our suspicion is that the pit-bull rule is NOT enforced, or that folks are moving in with such violent dogs without paying the required deposit or even mentioning the dogs are on-site. We have not seen any dogs running around without owner or leash, so this is encouraging - still, the matter that Camden Springs touts a policy which it might not be enforcing may well result in our leaving to live elsewhere once our lease is up. We're not only interested in our own safety, but the safety of our pet as well. The fact pit bulls have statistically been associated with folks involved in criminal activity seems to be seen as discriminatory, but frankly, crime NEEDS to be discriminated against. WOW I'm sorry, but get a life! There are way more important things in the world that deserve more attention than a no pit bull policy not being enforced. Just because you own a pit bull doesn't not mean you are a criminal! That is nothing more than sheer ignorance and you need to crawl out of your uptight --- and join the rest of the world and its REAL problems.

How Utterly stereotypical of you. So if only criminals own pitbulls, then only whiny, spoiled women own little dogs. and men own the big dogs... so what does that leave everyone else to own? cats? Pit Bulls aren't all dangerous yes it might be in their blood to fight but you can train them against it. Also, all those stories about unprovoked attacks... lies. There had to have been something to provoke. Even fighting dogs don't just fight. Pit Bulls are there for protection, not just for criminals
