Horrible location...

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
but the apartments are great if you happen to LOVE pitbulls! They have a dog policy which is NEVER enforced, and the head of security even has two pitbulls which each are over the weight limit! Also helps if you speak Spanish, as most of the residents are Spanish-speaking only!
