I rented their smallest 1 bedroom apartment for $399.
After 1 year, they wanted to raise my rent to $560.
I found 13 other aparments in the area that were bigger, for less money.
They refused to budge on the price.
The apartment was small but well laid out.
I would have stayed if they would have bargained.
They refused, so I moved.

I was looking for apartments and i decide to check at the reviews...Wow $560 for 1 bedroom. I lived at the Camden spring years ago and I paid that much. The reason I moved was the school district, I changed to a Plano ISD. Hey 560 monthly that's not bad at all, plus the saving on energy... if you lived there you know what I am talking about... Now I am paying $739 without bills. I think ill be back...
