Here's the list of why I'm happy to be done with Camden Springs:
-Parking, looks fine when you're signing the lease. It's insane at night, at least there's an option for an overpriced reserved spot I guess?

-Safety: I'm an adult male, and I never feared for my life, but I never really felt comfortable there. There's no way I'd leave anything in the cab of my truck overnight.

-The apartments are fairly old and beat up inside, and the nice thin walls let know how my neighbors were doing with out having to actually leave my apartment.

-Management/billing. I had 2 issues with the billing. My first month's rent, I never got a bill that included the water cost, so I had to go in to ask. The guy told me 'oh, we sent it to your old address' (why, i'm not sure, it's my 'old' address for a reason...). I paid my rent, and life went on. Then, I moved out and dropped off the keys and tried to pay my final amount due. I was told I would get a bill in the mail. Well, no bill shows up, but instead I get a collection agency bill! Awesome. I talk to the manager, and he insists that they sent it (I guess they never mess up, oh wait they did once already). So now I have a nice ding on my credit to remind me of the mistake of moving to this place.

So, long story short, drive down the street to a nicer complex. Please, learn from my mistake.
