Evere been to New York, Chicago, LA' Well, if you go to places like these, people tend to be a little smarter about things like locking doors, coming home late with friends so you can be safely walked to your apartment, negotiating a lease agreement and getting along with management by paying your rent on time and not being a pain. Camden Farmers Market is not some rinky dink establishment that has to beat people out of money with a switch and bait-as discribed by some nut past residents, nor is it unsafe(If you live downtown in any metropolitan city, you might want to practice some common sense, especially, if you are a woman). I don't know of too many places, as a matter of fact, that provide things like free happy hours for residents, free sunday brunches, sporting activities for residents, parties for residents, a big summer pool party, a newsletter, charity events, free sporting events tickets and more. I have lived at Camden for a few years and feel that they work hard to make living here enjoyable. I believe the biggest problem at Camden is tied to not having more employees with attitudes of the past employees that were more intune with residents-there are still a few of the old guards that continue to do a good job, but I remeber the past manager being more visible.

I will sum this up by saying that I have had very few issues with any place that I have lived, which to me means I pay my rent on time, I try to meet people with a pleasent attitude, I make it my business to get to know managment, I take responsibility for the fact I might not always be right and I'm willing to acknolodge when I'm wrong and most importantly I work hard to respect other people. I have a life that doesn't allow me too much time to ----- about-things that are simply not worth the negative energy, especially, things I don't have cotrol over.
PS: Camden should raise the rent just enough to keep some of these poor-minded people out of this place, and the city of Dallas should band all people who only complain and never take blame-for ---- gone wrong.
And again, just USE YOUR COMMON SENCE!!
