great place to live, resident mixers that ------- away, nothing like I've seen before. leasing staff very friendly and willing to help unlike the manager,she never shows her face and seems not to care much.

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
recent apt breakins and possible assult,some like to blame the apt community for crime but lets be realistic, this is downtown Dallas and there is crime everywhere no matter what. all in all I really like living here.and for all you blamers i bet you don't have renters insurance!
