I have lived in the phase 2 lofts for about a year now and will not be renewing my lease. As mentioned by others, the noise is terrible, you can hear every flush of the toilet. I live on the first floor and hear bums talking outside my window every night at all hours. I have also heard gunshots multiple times and heard 2 reports of rape in the complex. If you live here, expect constant sirons and some very strange people. There is no grocery store or gas station near by and the only convenience store close is the 7/11 in deep ellum that has feces in the ice (as reported on the news). For the price, move somewhere else and you will feel safer and more comfortable
