Enough of the trash talk, lets get to the facts

First: Most, if not all, the comments ive read about this place have been negative. Come on folks, when living in a urban area, such as downtown or deep ellum, there are going to be different issues than living in the spoiled suburbs. Sure theres going to be more traffic noise and vagrants walking around, but thats why you have a door, to keep it out. If you have a serious issue involving personal safety, you get a group of your neighbors together and have a apartment watch meeting to put together an action plan, simple enough.
Second: All residential communities have their issues, be it leaky pipes, noisy neighbors or nonworking gates. You learn how to deal with them as an adult and not as some spoiled overgrown brat who comes on anonymously and trashes the community. Be proactive, not reactive.
Lastly: Ive both visited friends who live here and soon will be moving into the community. I like this place for the fact they have many more amenities(Decent pools/fitness center/social events) than most other "lofts" or communities in the area (Downtown/Ellum), as well as charge a pretty competitive price per square foot.
