There are bums in the area that I see everyday while driving home. They get into the complex and sleep on the grounds sometimes. You can see them in the mornings digging through the garbabe cans in the parking lot. This is supposed to be a gated community but the gate is always open, including the walk in gates. Maintainence is great. When reporting problems, things get fixed either the same day or the next. About the staff, I like most of the staff. There was one girl in there that always had a bad attitude but I haven't seen her in there lately. I like my apartment. I just think that It is a little too expensive for what I am getting. I am moving because I need more space for less money. Make sure to ask about the cable before moving in. The apartments use an a/b switch for cable and you have to get up and walk across the room to change the switch. After that, you have to reset the channels on your tv, to see the other channels. It's pretty quite here, I like that. I have only heard something from outside once when my neighbor's boyfriend came over in the middle of the night and was yelling in the breezway. Parking is great. I like being able to drive up to my door, or close to it. The only problem with parking is that on weekends, people who are going to deep ellum use our parking lot which is easy because the gates are always open. All in all, I like my apartment and I don't have many complaints.
