I currently live at Camden Farmer's Market and I'm moving out. While it's nice to be so close to downtown, and while the girls that work in the office are pretty hot, it's too dangerous here. Earlier this year, a man broke into a girl's apartment and raped her at shotgun point. And there are these Deep Ellum bars nearby and all the drunk patrons park around the apartment complex office. Also, the maintenance people are retarted---prepare to complain at least twice before they fix anything right. And there are frequent power outages that nobody can explain, until you get your $250/month light bill.
