My grievances

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
As a working professional with a busy schedule, I have to say that I am dissatisfied with my decision to live here.
I will only list the facts - you can form your own opinion of whether or not this is a good financial decision for living arrangements.
1. My power has gone out 6 times for more than 8 hours at a time in the past 2 weeks. Our electric bill is consistently overpaid. The problem is a faulty breaker that the community can't seem to fix.
2. The spectacular gym at the front office is more often than not, unaccessible. The card reader system never works, so if you work 8-5, you statistically are not likely to get into the gym.
3. The parking garage gates often get stuck open, leaving bums opportunity to enter the community.
4. The closet doors in my apartment fall of of the track every time I try to use them. I have pretty much given up and my closet door rests next to the main bedroom door.
5. When I first applied to live there, my application was lost (not once, but twice!) by their office staff.
6. I tried (very calmy) to address my grievances with the Manager, but I feel that she was very defensive as opposed to working with me to rectify these issues.
There are also good aspects of living here - great location and beautiful landscaping on property.
