It is true that if you are on the bottom you might hear the people above you. My first apartment here I heard nothing for 9 months. The second apartment I did. So i moved to the 3rd floor and love it. The leasing office was understanding and I did not have to pay a transfer fee or anything.

The garage gates do get stuck time to time, but in the 1 yr I have lived there I have not seen a homeless man showering or sleeping or even in the parking garage.

The electricity has only gone out once, that was when there was that huge wind storm in downtown dallas. That was it! And the bills are not that high, so far for the winter my highest has been $80.

The dog crap thing should be taken care of by the dogs owner, you can not fault the apartments for somone not being responsible'.'

Overall I recommend these apartments. Parking is better on the third floor then any other floor, so just FYI
