With all the cars being broken into, I would expect the apartment management to be more proactive about installing cameras (at least at the gates) or fixing the gates more often or at least having the security guards patrol more often. I checked the spot where my car window was broken in, and the spot is still littered with glass. What am I paying the high rent for'

And for over a year, a neighbor has been playing very loud music. Management has been completely unresponsive. So much for enforcing the lease terms when it comes to the owner's/management's responsibilities. Finally, dog ---- is everywhere in the hallways. Come on, people.

The staff is generally courteous but it depends on who you get. Some are lazy and unresponsive and defensive. I do not recommend moving here. It is not worth the high rent, even after the specials.
