I have lived at Camden farmers market apts since February, if I would it know I would not be living here. It has been the worst experience from the many apartment complexes I have lived in. In the last month I have experience 3 different crimes against myself not counting others against my friends living here as well. The first one was around March, I reported to the management office that I found foot steps on my balcony. The footsteps were on the guardrail and close to both my living door and my bedroom window. They did not do anything, not even a courtesy call to find out more about it. My bike was stolen about tree weeks ago from my patio. I have taken pictures of what is going on in this gated community and I quote it because gates are wide open not only during peak times, but any time. Security access pedestrian doors do not work, I reported this as well and they did not proceed to do any change. NEGLIGENCE by the management office is what we are living in this place. Without these changes, management is inviting crime to come to our doors. Just yesterday I found out that my car has been broken in, they took my 30 dollar car stereo which i don't care, but I do care that the cost to repair the dash board in my car and window is about $1000. I know the answer they are going to give me tomorrow and I know that they will not move a finger to make this place a safer place. For your own benefit I ask you to not move to this community, since they only want your money and after that they will not do anything to help you live here secure and safe. I am looking forward to get out of here, if you can advise me how iwould apreciate it.

I somehow doubt you are still living there but if you are, you are legally allowed to break a lease if you feel you are in danger. It seems you have the basis to do so. Best of luck.

I'm a lawyer. I don't think your comment, justlkng, is entirely accurate. Be careful, there was some guy who found an unlocked patio, went in, and raped a woman in her apartment at Camden.
