I have only lived here for 2 months, but I LOVE IT for the following reasons:
-close to downtown(work)
-close to uptown(play)
-large closet
-full size washer/dryer
-basic cable included in rent total
-trash pickup(at your door) included in rent total
-3 beautiful pools
-2 work out facilities
-movie room
-frequent resident programs (movie nights, breakfasts, sports events on the big screen, etc)
-nice courtyards
-parking on your floor (3rd floor apt=3rd floor parking garage)

There are a lot of people who have written that this is an unsafe place, I haven't felt that way. I am a female living on my own and I feel quite safe. I have walked around the complex at nighttime with out any fear. I would not however walk aroung deep ellum by myself at night. The dog park is right across the street, and the farmers market too. It's nice to walk to the farmer's market and pick up fresh fruits and veggies at a great price!

All in all it is a great place to live!
