going downhill fast

I am nearing the end of my second year and it is going downhill fast. Upon my arrival it was a quiet clean place to live but the past several months have seen a turn for the worst. Noisy neighbors, constant smell of mariquana, pet feces all over even in the hall ways. Night security guard is extremely rude and insensitive. I backed in to unload some furniture one night and returned to my vehicle to move it but the battery was dead. Called a friend to jump it but by the time he arrived my vehicle had been towed. It cost me $145. to get it out and another $145. to have it towed back. I was recently given a rental for a day because my normal vehicle was in service, I parked as usual but within an hour it had been towed. I would not be suprised if their was some sort of kick back involved.
This is a convenient place to live but when you factor in the pet feces, the new party people, the rude securtiy and the annual rent increases the conveniences begin to look less attractive. Management is nice and maintenance is timely but they should be it is their job. I might be venting but there are times when I can't stand this place but times when I love it. To sum it up: the class of residents is deteriorating, security at night but not during the day when all the pets are dropping is a waste. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7

I live here and if you park somewhere where you should not you get towed. You sign a community agreement, like I did, with ALL of the rules. You are advised not to EVER park in the parking garage without a parking sticker. I for one am happy that they enforce the rules. If you do not do anything wrong, such as parking in no parking areas, there would be no reason for this post.

I was looking into moving here but it seems that the same anonymous person keeps disagreeing with all negative comments and as an outsider, they sound like management.

When I moved in here, I was never given any notification about needing a sticker either. My leasing agent was completely incompetent. I lucky only got a HUGE impossible to remove sticker placed on my vehicle warning me I was going to be towed.
