So, i know that most people who come to this site just come to vent about their bad experiences. First of all, the only reason people are having bad experiences, and i can guarantee you, is that they have not been following standard procedures that are specified in the rental and lease criteria, so they therefore get upset with Camden. As far as the car break-ons go, crime has no zip code and it could happen just as much in downtown Dallas as it would in Frisco. People need to realize that crime is something that cannot be controlled, but it can be prevented, which is a nice thing that Camden offers...a Ceime Watch meeting once a month to offer it's residents question and answer time with Dallas Police officers. The staff is exceptional to no end with its professionalism and ability to always assist the residents with any problems that may be going on. I can honestly say that i LOVE it down here at Camden Farmer's Market and i have suggested it to family and friends...my mom just moved in 2 days ago. If you want someplace to live where it's very family friendly and community oriented, Camden Farmer's Market is to place for you to come.

I love how every time someone posts a negative or not recommended review within days or hours you see an overly friendly positive anonymous review about how great this place is. I love camden management!

hah hah see what I mean! Thanks for proving my point. I guess if we just lock our doors and never leave we might be safe, oh wait but then again a woman's unborn child was killed by a bullet fired near the complex and there have been rapes in some units and others held at knife point at their doors and how many times have cars been broken into? Too many to count. But hey, crime like this happens everywhere all the time! Stop posting fake reviews encouraging people to move here and I'll stop responding to your fake posts about how wonderful this place is.

The B.S. about this happening the same in this ZIP vs. Frisco is a complete joke. The positive reviews here are ridiculous. Who the hell invites their MOTHER to the same community?!?!?! I know that Camden employees get 20% off the rental unit, so it would make sense to live there as well as work there. ;-)

Get over yourselves, people. I know some find this hard to believe, but some people actually DO like it! And like others have said before: The people that like it are out living their lives, not moping around on a site all day, bitching and moaning. I'm tired of single females whining about the area. Do your homework first, ladies! Jesus. And furthermore, stop insinuating that every positive review is from management. You people are idiots. Maybe that's why you hide under an anonymous user name?
