I stayed here for a year and LOVED my apartment! The only reason I moved was because I had to relocate for a new job. The management was always friendly and helpful in getting any of my issues resolved. The best apartment that you will find downtown for the price. Also nice amenities and community events. My only issue was parking gets full quick, and the towing company can be a major pain. I was a resident and was towed once because my handicap placard fell off the window display. Like come on, if you see that I always park there and have a decal, and it happened not to be there once, common sense should tell you not to tow my car! Also, one time someone broke into my car without busting out the window. They must've had a crowbar, as the door was locked. So look out for smart criminals. All in all good experience, just keep in mind that you are living in an urban area and use common sense and precaution and you should be ok.
