I found this apartment just in the nick of time when I needed it, and it was always good to me! The location was fantastic when I was working in downtown Dallas, and being next to the farmers market was awesome! Of course I miss the way Deep Ellum was in its hayday and when I was a little younger, but I still liked to go out to eat down there and go running through its deserted streets weather permitting.

As far as the property, I think it was reasonable value for the money and location. The staff was always friendly and helpful. I would complain that they could use a little help with follow-through which was bothersome at times, but in the big scheme of things not a deal breaker.

Submitting maintenance requests via the website was the BEST! 9 times out of 10 the issue was addressed same day before I got home from work. I would come home to the notice that they had been in my apartment to fix whatever it was, and I didn't have to think about it at all. Very nice feature of living there.

I find that often when people write reviews at all, they are doing so to complain about something, and rarely to rave. I was almost scared away from choosing to live here because of all the negativity, and SO glad that I decided to ignore those voices in my head. I never regretted it for a single day! Take those negative postings with at least a grain of salt.
