This complex isn't in the greatest of neighborhoods. It's wedged in between Central Expressway and a group of very shady apartments referred to as "The Meadow Ghetto." Despite this it's very well maintained and has one of the best maintanence staffs I've ever encountered.

Anytime I had a problem, maintanence would arrive in a reasonable length of time and fix the problem. Neighbors were very quiet, for the most part. The office staff is particularly good and they were always happy to help with any problems. For the price, this is one of the best complexes in the area. There is definitely crime in the area, but nothing ever happened to me first-hand, nor any of the neighbors in my block.

Parking was often a problem though. Only other real complaint I can make is that the laundry facilities weren't always in top shape. I would recommend this complex to someone though.
