Management was never helpful or friendly. I always felt they were very hostile. I had major water pipe damage while living there, and property was damaged. It's an older complex so to have cable in all rooms was pretty expensive to wire. I always had bugs in the apartment. My roommate slept with cotton in her ears. The pool was always gross and this crazy woman would sit there for hours and make mean faces and say things to you. My roommates car was broken into (along with several other people's cars). I had filled out a request to get the gate fixed, but it took over a year before I saw it fixed. The katy trail runs right through the back of the complex so any criminals could come and go as they pleased. The hallway always smelled gross. The gate was always malfunctioning. I paid $20 for a parking space, and people would park in it sometimes which was rude! The power went out whenever I smelled rain in the air.

Okay I admit I left the apartment dirty when I moved out, but I thought the amount they charged was crazy. I had to pay to replace half the carpet which I thought was a big fee for some beige, generic apartment carpet. This was an old, dirty apartment when I moved in and the water damage made it look worse. I never had to pay to replace carpet at any other apartment! They wanted me to pay for the cut up countertops, and they were cut when I moved in. The bill was over $1,700, and I thought that was insane. I could have hired a person to clean it for $200. I paid it cuz I knew the women who run the complex would be evil about it, and ruin my credit. When I called to talk about the bill the girl on the phone was huffy and all attitude. It's like it gave her pleasure to screw me over!

I would never recommend this place! I just know all the positive comments for this complex are from the women who run it!
