Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
I lived there for 1 year. They will charge you ridiculous amounts of money when you move out for "cleaning and repairing". My air conditioner was not working half the time. Maintenance responded quickly, but it took multiple attempts for them to fix things correctly.
