This is great.I just found this website.I have live here for many years. Current owner & staff are committed to service and always friendly & courteous. It certainly makes a difference! My apartment is well constructed and you can't beat the location. It is a little older but is well-kept and charming. The people here are neighborly, hard-working and respectful. Utility bills are reasonable and the rent is reasonable. The staff is always available. I plan to sign another lease when it is time. I see good and bad reviews here. The lease has move out charges stated when you first move in. If that person was charged $1700 upon move out they must have left it looking like a dump or have done lots of damage. Must have had an axe to grind. Every community has it's good and bad moments. If you talk to the neighbors here most all of them like it here.

This must have been one of the managment team members who wrote this. Management was horrible. I should have known, when visiting the office once another tennant was arguing with them over their move out charges, it was only time when it would be my turn to pay up. It was ridiculous, I was charged for so-called damages that were already there and they were listed as damages/issues on the inventory list. Moving into the unit was a dump to begin with (because I left it in better condition then when I moved in) and then to have to pay to have it cleaned and then padded with repair costs that maintenance was responsible for creating. Such is a scam. I have lived in a couple of complexes and had never had this happened, I do not destroy or leave residences in a 'dump' status. HMMM. . . I guess this person, if they are really a tenant, does not know any better or is in delusion that they have it great. Management at other complexes are more professional.
