The place is very quiet and nice, and you can't beat the price, considering the area it's in -- beautiful neighborhood and right next to the Katy Trail. Be advised that it is an older building, so things tend to break more often than in a newer building. But maintenance is usually quick to respond; the biggest bummer was when the elevator was out for over a month and I had to carry my groceries up three flights of stairs. Overall my experience here was good, and I'm only leaving because I want to buy a house.
