are you kidding me' this is a Gables owned property' You would think that as a Gables community you would be treated like it was the rest of uptown. The only plus to this place is the cheap rent for being in uptown. Other than that the entire office staff is not only inconsiderate of their tenants, but they mess up all the time. I had a leak, half my floor was soaked; carpet, padding and all. It took these mother ------- 3 days to get out here and taken care of. The emergency hotline' That doesn't work so well, or at all. The same leak has persisted for the better part of 7 months. Everytime it rains I have to put a trashcan in the middle of my bathroom. What a joke. The office staff is the poster children of "barely making it through highschool". There are ants and bugs all over the walls, the laundry room floor has ant hills, and the only thing that is well kept here is the pool.

The good thing here, which the office has nothing to do with, is the tenants that live here. Good people for the most part, almost everyone is friendly. Not bad for a piece of ---- place, but again your in uptown. The rule here is....pay the extra 200 a month and you have a problem at all.

I am so glad to see an updated review of this property. I was considering that apartment for me and my child. I would be crazy to move into that place, I was excited about the price and the layout of the actual apartment was decent, but the area, the elevator and the actual courtyard was a MAJOR disappointment! The elevator was dark and scary and it sounded like it would fall apart at any moment. The apartment smelled like a basement and had a very gloomy dark feel to it. Needless to say I was not impressed at all. Although I would love to live uptown I will not be renting there.

I too am thankful to of stumbled across this site and see these reviews. I was going tonight to meet a potential roommate - now kow the answer before I get there!
