Do not rent here!!!!

1. There are prostitutes that work both corners of the block! When you slow your car to enter the parking lot they'll start walking up to your car.
2. The day we moved in another resident warned us about "crack heads" that will try to take your stuff while you unload groceries or packages from your car.
3. The office manager is very rude! Other people that work in the office are nice just try to avoid the manager. I had to pick up a package from the office once and she actually snatched the mail slip out of my hand!
4. There are sewer gnats that will fly out of every drain in the apartment. We were told that the gnats breed in the pipes and that there is no way to get rid of them. You just have to keep every drain plugged. Which works... unless you actually want to use your sinks and tub.
5. ROACHES! Our apartment has been treated 3 times plus we've put out our own insecticide. Nothing has helped.
6. During the winter there was a mouse. After complaining for a week with no response I bought mouse traps and got rid of it myself. I was wondering how it got in so I looked behind the fridge since that's where it came from... there was a huge hole in the wall! It's like they ran out of dry wall or something!
7. The water that comes out of the bathroom sink smells like sewage. Of course it was looked at but not fixed... I brush my teeth in the bathroom.
8. The walls are incredibly thin. I can hear my neighbors conversations. Normal "inside voice" conversations... word for word.
9. I was told that the apartment would have new carpet. I don't even think they shampooed the old carpet. Lots and lots of stains and even burn marks.
10. The children here run wild. You can not walk anywhere in the complex with out being literally run over by children.
11. Parking is a joke! Be prepared to circle the lot a few times before you hike to your building in the dark.
12. Also be prepared to yell at the teenagers that use your car as a park bench.

There are a lot of other problems I've left out but I think you get the point. Take your money somewhere else! I can't wait for my lease to end in a few months so I can get the hell out of here! uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
