I have lived here for 3 months now and despite the fact that everybody talks abut the prostitutes and the area. I have not seen any of this activity as of now. The only thing that is bad is the kids, their parent do not supervice any of them starting with as young as maybe 2 they are just wondering around, and going up to teenagers which are always playing football, basketball you name it they play it.
When I do call the courtesy officer to come out instead of him asking them to stop he stays inside of his car chating with this kids. I have talked to the manager many times about this problem, and yet nothing has been done to resolve it. I hope the manager one day will realize that she will loose all the good residents for the bad ones.
