Take a drive through the neighborhood to get a feel for how great this complex is compared to the rest. Hookers roam the area day and night, they take refuge at the Country Inn and Suites behind the complex. I have watched pimps beating the hookers and drug deals taking place. Police seem unable to do anything about the problem. The response time is so slow that all is calm by the time they get there, leaving them to scratch their heads and move along to the next call. This is the area not the complex. The complex does have security gates that are working most of the time. The complex appears to be doing repairs on them on a daily basis because of driver error. The grounds are kept up and the place is clean. I have noticed a lack of parental control over the kids and since there isn't a playground and very little space for kids to play they tend to be all over the parking lot. Watch-out!!! The staff is very nice and work hard to take care of all issues in a timely manner. Keep in mind you get what you pay for.
