This apartment community has new owner who is dedicated to improving the complex, and is more involved and active than any other I have ever seen anywhere. I have lived in better "luxury" complexes, but due to the cost of these and the free Broadband and ALL bills Paid, along with owners improvements, I am willing to give him time to revamp the place and the people.
