This apt complex was by far the worst place I have ever lived! When I first moved in they were independently owned by a man who actually cared about the complex and tenants, but unfortunately he sold it to a mgmt company and the place went to hell. They started letting anybody and everybody move in. I felt as though I lived in the middle of a drug dealing zoo! People would openly deal drugs in the middle of the parking lot. One night at around 3am the gates were closed so a truck (probably driven by a drug fiend) actually rammed the gate down! Of course the never fixed it. Oh and did I metion the prostitutes' Yes, they roamed the streets and complex freely. Needless to say, I feared for my life in this hell hole. I immediately broke my lease and moved out. Even after I submited a letter to the jerks who manage the place about how they were in breach of contract by not fixing the gates, or controlling the noise and loitering in any way, they STILL had the nerve to try and collect $3000 from me for breaking the lease. I will croak before I ever give them a cent! This is an awful place to live...BEWARE! I would go to a homeless shelter before I would live here!

You must be a complete and total F*&%$#@G RETARD, you move to an apartment in this area and you expect it to be nice..... get a damn clue. I moved here for most likely the same reason others do, but I knew what I was moving into. Of course there's gonna be drugs and prostitutes..... the only excuse for you to actually be surprised by your experience is if you were blind, deaf, and retarded when you moved there and during your stay experienced a miraculous recovery to see that you have been living in the GHETTO!!!
