worst apartment ever!!!

I just moved out in June of 2009. This is the worst place ever! When I was going to sign the renew leasing contact, I was told I have to pay the cable fee which I really do not use at all. Also, when I return my keys and laundry card to the manager, I still have $35.00 credit in the laundry card. I was told I can not get any refund for the laundry fee remains in the card. I am really really dissapointed at this apartment community. They make me feel sad.
