Yes, you heard me corrrectly. A guy was found dead in the fitness area in February. The leasing office left notes at the door saying it was not criminal but that is not what the Dallas Morning News reported. Also, their was a homeless guy that made the fitness area his home last summer and the leasing office didn't even change the code on the door.
Since it went Section 8, crime and violence has increased. You will notice the extra police presence in the neighborhood.
Leasing staff is not very attentive and when you have vaild complaints about a neighbor (such as loud music at 3:00am on a week night or their dog always barking)they fall on deaf ears.

I agree with this review. My lease expires next month and look forward to leaving this property. At the present time, I am being harrassed by one of the maintenance workers that lives on property. I fear retaliation from this employee. As for the homeless guy, he still lives ion the fitness center. I live by the pool and see this guy all the time. As a resident, I can't even enjoy sitting by the pool. Some section 8 lady came and started talking to me about her whole drug induced past life.
