DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Unless you enjoy living in a roach infested harbor of drug dealers and young hooligans in training. My car was robbed twice. my kid's toys were stolen off the porch, children run around all day and NIGHT w/o shoes or parental supervision. The "Maintenance Man" NEVER fixed ANYTHING not even a lightbulb. The only time you saw him was in the morning picking up trash in the parking lot. Which by the way seemed like the community garbage can since NO ONE ever used the dumpsters. Security patrol was a joke, but they showed up faster than the real police who showed up 2hours after several 911 calls when a woman was being beaten up in the parking lot. Management was just as bad as residents. They fine you for leaving trash bags on your porch overnight but don't mind if you leave it at the base of the dumpster. Dogs bark non stop. But don't worry when the weather is nice all the nice young men come out and wash/work on their cars while treating you to the delightful sounds of their choice at the highest volume at 8am! This place was the worst place i ever lived in and i regret ever moving into it. Avoid it if you can.
