Chase Apartments (Village property)

Nice Place to Live From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/18/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I have lived in The Chase now for about 9 months, I have not had any problems to speak of. I live near the the end of Old Towne, the noise from the landscape persons is a wake up call @ 6:45 M-F, the shopping center behind me is a nightmare at 3:00 a.m. when they pick up the trash and bang the dumpsters. It has taken me almost 6 months to get used to the noise. If I had maintenance issues, they were pretty quick to address them and come fix them. I feel relatively safe most of the time, but then again I am a man, if I were a single woman I would be a little weary of the area. I like the fact that they closed the gate going into the Old Towne Shopping Center, the traffic was terrible and I would have to listen to cars all night coming down the street. All in all, I have been pretty happy with the complex and the staff. I am moving to another apt within The Chase, hopefully this one is in a better location and I won't have to listen to all of the noise in the A.M.
