The claims are true about the crazy loud lawn service EARLY in the AM- It sounds like a petty complaint but it grinds on your nerves after a few weeks. I had mega problems with termite swarms in my bathroom and also pharro ants. Management is unorganized and terrible with correcting the prorate on our apt. I got a flier every month stating that I owed more $$ when I didn't. It was such a hassle going in to the office every month to correct it. Safty wasn't that great either but the village needs to work on that. The Smiths security company really blows so don't count on them for anything.
