From the first week I moved in, I have had a big headache. My air conditioner has leaked and poured several inches of water in my bathroom ruining items 8 times now! Maintenance will come and blow the line, only to have it clog my neighbor's line. Then they blow their line and it floods mine again. The ceilings must be paper thin because I can hear every word and every step my upstairs neighbor says and takes. It has woken me up multiple times during the night. I have 2 different kinds of doorknobs and fixtures in my apartment. I had several HAIRS painted onto my walls and doors. I have not felt safe since I moved in. And the fact that we get notices warning us of armed robberies that took place a week ago and has the words, "we can not ensure your safety" on it do not help.

I was told by the girl in the office that if I was caught with a pet, I would be fined and charged $10.00 a day till I had DISPOSED of the animal!!!

I was approached by a man who had been leaning against a car that was parked with 2 people slouching in the front seat. I drove off and called Smith...they told me to DRIVE BACK BY the car and see if they were there! I refused and she told me they couldn't dispatch anyone if no one was there. So I had to go back to my parking lot and wait by myself for "security" to get there. The Smith guy told me not to worry that the man and his friends in the car were just waiting for someone to meet them there...it was cold and pouring down rain...what the heck'!'!'! He huffed when I asked to be walked to my apartment door so I could feel some what safe.
