I lived here from 2002-2004.. This place rocks.. The complex looks nice and appears to be built well.. The property was always clean and the pools were always clean as I remember.. Management was fairly nice and professional.. I never encountered any problems.. I love those dryers (economy size).. My rent was $427 a month for a 1-bedroom.. That is super cheap for an apartment in the Village!! The Village offers so many ammenities that there is something for everyone.. And I love the location - literally right next door to Old Town.. One negative on the Village is this : it is very dark once the sun goes down - not near enough lights.. The trail by the lake at night is downright spooky!! Because of this poor lighting the Village after 10:p.m. is downright dangerous!! I mentioned this a few times , but no one cared.. One more thing : the landscaping crew needs to be cut in half.. If you watch them carefully , you will notice that they only work about 4 hours a day - yet they get paid for 8.. And with less of them around fewer tenants would be inconvenienced..............
