Low Budget Sucky Azz Apartments From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/23/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   These apartments suck, the area sucks, managements ESPECIALLY sucks!!! They refuse to come out and fix anything. Someone bust my window out and three days passed no one came out to even so much as place a board in it, and my fiance ended up paying to get it fixed. We've lived here for nearly three years and so far there's been THREE managers and yes PAM is the absolute worse she never does her work instead she lets her flunky FUNKY DANA do everything for her and even she dont know what she's doing. My ceiling in my bathroom has leaked every since I first moved in and I have roaches galore! They are even in my Fridge' which continously keeps going out. My air conditioner has went out THREE times this summer alone and its taken them 4wks just to come out and fix it. They overcharge for your water bill drastically, and when THEY forget to send you out one they send YOU a notice. Please Please if you dont like ghettoness, roaches, nets, theives, whores, nothing but broke down men, and sorry management then...Welcome to ------- Millenium Pointe!
