Go in there in monthly intervals and you'll meet a whole new team of managers each time.

Parking is terrible... they said there would be stickers or something to put on your rearview mirror to allow only two cars per resident. That was around the time I moved in.

There's no pets allowed on the property... but rest assured you'll see people walking their dogs.

And what is said about the noise is upstairs is true. On top of this, my apartment has such poor insulation, even. That I can clearly hear the people outside through the front door.

My horror story: About two months before my contract expired I made four trips to verify everything was in order for my renewal. My first trip I was told my rent would go up to around $35. Then on my second and third trip (on which I tried to confirm the second trip's amount) I was told it would be $15, instead. I turn in all paperwork, sign all they tell me I need to sign... tell me everything is taken care of. Then, about a week or two after my previous contract expired, I was left messages saying I needed to sign a few more sheets. And that's when they hit me with the news that the new contract states I will be paying an additional $135.00, for a total cost of $819.00, for a two-bedroom. All the bad comments that are posted on this site is SOOOOOO TRUE! I have been living here going on 3yrs. In the beginning it was quite and very pleasant. The people in the office were the same ones every time. It was after 1 year when everything went downhill. Their turnaround is high in their office. They have different people working there every single time (it seems that they have new people on a weekly basis). Their organization with paperwork is TERRIBLE! They have nothing in order when it comes to renewing lease. And the NOISE...ohhh my god! IT'S AWFUL. You can hear anything and everyting from the parking lot to the neighbors next door to the people living upstairs (if you live on the first floor). As soon as my lease is up... Im getting out of there..guaranteed! I would not recommend for anyone to move there!
