I would never recommended anybody into this apartment the have a problems with roches, mice,rats the dogs and cats that do leave here with tenants ---- every where the tentant don't even try to pick up there ---- all over the lawn, the children are all out of control they have no respect for othes, want they need to do is remoldel this apts. with new carpet paint patach up holes, i can smell my next door tenants when they are smoking at 2;30 am it give me headache my little girl has ashma i will bring something to check the contruction on this apartment why i can smell the odors from next door and i will be making a major complant if there anything wrong with there vents systems or the walls are not well insulated. it has been a nightmare since i moved here i did recommed one family whick they are loww income family which that is what they applied for but instead they put them in a 973.00 apt. with no consideration at all whick they don't ask they had no where to go so they had to take the apt. i feel that is discramation race but i will do something about all of this that is not right
what they are doing the office are all mess up i came in on oct 31, 2007 and filled out the application on nov. 2, i turn in all my paper that was reguired with 200.00 fee that your manager charge me not knowing they it is only application fee, applied for low income which they told me that i wouldn't have a problem since i did work and i have a handicap child my son is the only one that works it told your office till nov. 21, 2007 at 4;30 pm to let me know that i got the apt. but my rate was going to be 973.00 per month even thou i was low income and because i was in the first floor,
which was assign to me i was very upset i told them i was not going to pay 973.00 i would have stay where i was and if i was going to pay that rate why in the hell did it take to long for me to get my apartment. well since i raised hell they gave me the apartment at the low income rate, but my nightmare becan roches in insde my refreg, cabinet, every where than here come the mice i killed 9 mice that was before i could finish unpacking what did you all do nothing i didn't have a microwave for 6 weeks,
i had the carpet shampoo immedieataly at my cost which was nesty the bathroom contertops are falling apart and the kitche the tubs had nicks the apartment was not clean or even look at new like they said i have request just resently to have somebody spray my apartment for roches i still haven't seen anybody i call the office all they said they will look into it, or they don't know, just because we pay low income rent doesn't mean that we have to have the apartments look like ---- and the lawn full of trash and the halls way or the manager of owner just don't care about nothing but just collecting the rent every month it is so sad i real wanted to move here which i did but i hate this place i will be moving out in nov. i hope everybody see this thru the internet about this apartment units also the front gate haven't work for almost 3 months.

Seriously...if you want silence then get a house. It's an apartment people. That means there are others living beside, behind, above and below. Do you truly think you won't hear noise??? Also...if you really want someone to take you seriously on this review, then why don't you try spelling words correctly!
