I moved in back in December of 2006 at first it was nice but in a couple of weeks you start hearing the neighbors upstairs and the property manager never did anything about it. In december of 07 they notified me that i was going to get evicted because they did not receive my rent but come to find out i kept my money order stubs and the corporate office later told me that the property manager at the time stold moneyorders from different tenants it was terrible for me.The parking is terrible you have to park 2 buildings down just to park at night.I found roaches and a scorpion while living there they did not do anything about it. My boyfriend one night went out to get something to eat and a young man pulled out a gun at him when he was walking back to the apartment. my neighbor downstairs got raped i did not know at the time until she came up and informed me about it. The kids in the community do not have respect for other peoples children. My son went out to play and said that a older kid was cursing at him. The water that come out of the faucet looks very cloudy that makes you think twice about even living there. The apartments accept section 8 not that i have any problem with it but it also drags in unwanted criminal boyfriends of tenants. The property manager never did anything i guess they believe as long as nobody finds out about its fine. At the end of your lease contract they will find some kind of way to keep your deposit..

There is some truth to this. The parking is really crowded, and these apartments were built on previously undeveloped land. My experience is totally different. I live there now and my neighbors are quiet. My children have no problems and I always go outside with them. The management is very helpful and I have not had any problems out of them thus far. We are very happy with our apartment, and our kids love it there. Everyone who stops by comments on how nice the apartments are, and how they would move into them, and some are seriously considering it! I had to find out for myself what type of environment I would move into. I think it is wonderful and for anyone else, please take a stroll over and judge for yourself. Plus, just for shoppers, you would not ever go without a place to shop, because there are so many shopping places around you almost always feel broke (lol)! I am happy, and hopefully others are too. I am sorry, for your boyfriend, and the young lady who was mistreated. Really, I am.

The only truth to this I know about is the parking and the animals. The land was undeveloped and there are still wooded areas around, so there's nothing they can do about the animals. Roaches, however, my apartment had none. I am sorry about the violence, as I have yet to hear anything about any incidents.
